Can anyone tell me if AWS has a maximum number of BGP prefixes it will accept. I ask the question as we have created a VI with a 3rd party and when ever we open our 300+ BGP prefixes it brings the connection down. If we only publish a few it works.
Hi, I understand that maximum number of BGP routes is 100 (with the option of requesting for more). My question is what’s the maximum limit after request? Also, is there a cost to requesting more than 100?
For BGP advertised routes per route table, you can have up to 100 propagated routes per route table. This limit cannot be increased. If you require more than 100 prefixes, please advertise a default route.
